Obituary/ Life Reflections/ Celebrating the Life of Vivian L. Dixon

Vivian L. Dixon was born April 18, 1950 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Mary and Lucious Chick, who
preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were six siblings (Sonny, Pete, Ronnie, Leroy, Jayne,
and Lena) and two close cousins (John L. and Beverly Ann). She confessed her faith in Jesus Christ at an
early age.
She enjoyed singing, dancing and entertaining family & friends.
Vivian leaves to cherish her memories, four beloved children: Jerri, Lindsey, Lavetta and Edgar III
(Yolanda), eleven grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren. She was a loving sister to, Lill, Ruby
(Necho), Dorothy (Alan), Doris, Faye, Equilla, Cass (Lydia), and Josh (Brenda). She also leaves behind a
host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
