Vincer Queen-Ester Smith, the youngest of seven children born to the late Clarence Elliott Sr and Ella Mae Elliott in Eutaw, Alabama on January 05, 1946.
Vincer QE Smith affectionally known as bae bae had 4 children, 3 boys and 1 step daughter. Dennis Elliott-father James Jolly, Samuel Smith-father Stanley Smith, Arther Elliott and Amy Williams-father Arther brown.
Vincer Smith attended Oak Hill Elementary school in Clinton Alabama, aferwards she then came to Chicago in 1956 at the age of 10. Her family moved to the suburbs of illinois for two years and then settled in Chicago on 56 and Wabash. She attended James McCosh grade school from 1957 until she graduated in 1959.
Vincer went to Inglewood high school on 62nd and Steward from 1959 until she graduated in 1963, she then attended Wilson junior college on 66 and Harvard until she became pregnant with her first child Dennis Elliott in 1965.
Vincer was a jazzy lady, known for her dressy elegant style. She loved shopping and she also loved giving her clothes to her nieces when a new season approaches. Playing cards was a passion for her, but before you sit down as her partner, you better know what you are getting yourself into. She plays no games, it’s all about the business of winning with her, point blank period.
No loved life more than bae bae, she squeezed every bit of love, fun, and joy from the 77 years of life that GOD granted her. Ironically her mother Ella Mae Elliott also lived to be 77 years old.
Vincer departed this earthly life on Sunday, January 08, 2023 and was preceded in death by her mother and father, Ella Mae and Clarence; two brothers Clarence Elliott Jr and Johnny Elliott; four sister, Rosie Mae Clay, Ola Mae Elliott-Brown, Nellie Hill (Hope), Lorene Davis (Willie), two step siblings; Phyllis Elliott and Melodee Elliott; and Step mother Ada Lee Elliott
Vincer Smith leaves to cherish her memory 3 sons, Dennis Elliott(Kisha), Arther Elliott(Michelle) both from Chicago IL, Samuel Smith(Becky) of Augusta Georgia, and one step daughter, Amy Williams from Chicago IL, 22 grandkids;
Two Bonus sons; Tim Horton(Karen) and Browgley Russell(Michelle), Special friend and card partner Larry, Special nieces; Diane Bolden, Ella Jean Thomas of Chicago, and Caroline “Cookie” Davis of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
