Tirricha Shaunna Birdsong

On September 2, 1972, our beloved Tirricha Shaunna Birdsong was born to Albert and Margaret Birdsong. This precious bundle of joy took her first breaths at then, Grant Hospital here in Chicago, Illinois. She loved God, accepted Christ at a very young and tender age and was later baptized.

Tirricha was an extraordinary Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother, Aunt, Godmother, Cousin and Homegirl. Words cannot explain the individual she was. She is our angel now. A bright angel with the smile of heaven. She leaves behind all of us to continue loving and caring for one another: Her Father and Mother~ Albert and Margaret Birdsong. Loving sister~ Vernice (Kevin Sr.) Heard. One loving brother ~ Ronasha (Amy) Birdsong. Her first love, Ronald “Buddy” Sims Sr. Her Heart and Soul~ Eddie Payton. Children~ Ronald Sims Jr, Rapheal Sims, Rayvion, Rhonda, Rihanna & Raven. One godson~ Terrence “Dammit” Harris Jr. One precious granny son~ Royce “Rollie” Sims. Four loving uncles~ John (Dianna) Crawford. Paul, Charlie and Johnny Birdsong. Three loving aunts~ Jeanell Crawford, Marylean and Rosetta Birdsong. Three special nephews~ Kevin Heard Jr., Christopher Birdsong and Ronasha Birdsong Jr. Special nephew-in-law~ Big Lee Davis. Five beloved nieces~ Keneshia & Kelisa Heard, Tasheonna Birdsong, Christina Birdsong & Megan Birdsong. One god brother~ Anthony Carroll. Two god sisters~ Pearlene Robinson and Beatrice Fears. Six great nieces and 4 great nephews. More nieces and nephews and a host of many, many cousins, great cousins and grand cousins; whom Shaunna loved dearly.

It is with great belief that our, Tirricha Shaunna Birdsong, has already been accepted into the heavenly gates and welcomed home by her grandmothers~ Susie Patsy Birdsong & Mary Crawford. Grandfathers~ Albert Birdsong Sr. and step grandfather~ Curney “T.C” Smith. Brother~ Albert Birdsong III. Uncles~ Calvin Birdsong and Ronnell Crawford. Aunties~ Emma, Gloria and Renee Birdsong, and one very special niece~ Angel Birdsong.
